5 Ways to Rock a Beanie this Summer!
Beanies have become one of the most coveted accessories regardless of the weather. However, for some girls, wearing them isn't always so easy, especially if you have big, voluminous hair.
In this post I am going to show you the five ways that I like to wear my beanie.
Low on your head.
I like to wear my beanie this way when it is colder outside and also when I am wearing a style that is less voluminous, like a twist out or braid out.
It is simply having your beanie very low on your forehead, pretty much right above your eyebrows. To me, this portrays a more sporty way to wear your beanie and it is also more secure this way.
Middle of your head.
I like to wear my beanie this way when I want to look a little more laid back. Also, if it is warmer outside this is the way I usually wear it.
With this style there is more space between your eyebrows and the edge of the beanie.
High on your head.
I've never really been a fan of this style but I see a lot of girls wearing their beanies this way so I decided to include it.
Basically the beanie is just hanging off your head and mostly likely will need to be secured with bobby pins so that it is not constantly falling off your head. This way of wearing your beanie will make it purely an accessory and portrays an extremely laid back vibe to me.
Hair tucked.
I wear my beanies this way a lot as well, especially if I am having a bad hair day because I feel like it just makes everything look chic and clean.
For this, all you need to do is create a low, loose ponytail and tuck it into your beanie. You can even pull out a few chunks of hair to frame your face if you like. I do like to secure my beanie with a few bobby pins when wearing my beanie this way.
Slightly to one side.
I have not seen many people who wear their beanie like this but I really like doing it because I think it adds a certain flair and style.
So this can be done with or without the use of bobby pins but what I like to do is put the beanie on the very top of my head and lean it over to one side. I do it this way to make it more secure and I do not have to use bobby pins to keep it on my head.
Well guys that is it for this post!

Hairstyles for Lazy Day Hair
Hello everyone and happy Friday!
The first picture is after I finger detangled my hair and put it into twists and the second is after I took the twists out to style.
I am a college student and as such I have a lot of lazy days where I either:
Also I like my top knots to be a little messy, but that's just my preference. You can make this style as neat or messy as you like!

I am a college student and as such I have a lot of lazy days where I either:
- Don't want to comb my hair.
- or have not combed my hair in a week.
Now because I have so many lazy days throughout the semester I need a large repertoire of lazy day hairstyles.
I am going to show a few of them in this post so let's get started!
The first is the top knot.
This hairstyle is so easy and simple for me and I can dress it up or down depending on what I am doing that day.
Also I like my top knots to be a little messy, but that's just my preference. You can make this style as neat or messy as you like!
The next is a messy bun.
Messy buns are one of my favorite hairstyles for a lazy because they are simple and look like they took forever and no time at all at the same time.
I like to add a pompadour since I feel like buns without it make my look bald.

One of my staple lazy hairstyles is the side braid.
Now I love this style because I can pair it with so many things: a headband, a beanie anything really. Plus it's really cute.
Well I hope that you guys enjoyed this post.
What are the hairstyles you rock on a lazy day?
Be safe and I'll see you in my next post!

HOLIDAY HAIRSTYLES: Braided Updo (:
Hello beauty lovers I am back with another post and today it is going to be the first installment of my holiday hairstyles series.
The first thing that you want to do for this hairstyle is make sure that your hair is free of tangles because you are going to be braiding and you do not want any of your hair to knot up because that could be painful
Next you want to separate your hair into four equal sections, two on the top and two on the bottom.
I created this series because I know the holidays are coming up and that everyone is going to have parties and hang out with family so I thought it would be very appropriate to show you guys a few hairstyles that you can wear for any occasion that you might have planned.
The first hairstyle that I am going to show you is the Braided Updo!
I love this hairstyle because it's really classy, it gets your hair up and out of your face but it also looks very clean and can be worn around family or it can be worn to a party and you can dress it up or down however you want.
So let's get started!
The first thing that you want to do for this hairstyle is make sure that your hair is free of tangles because you are going to be braiding and you do not want any of your hair to knot up because that could be painful
Take on of the sections on the top of your head and start braiding into a regular three strand braid. Do the same on the other side and on the bottom two sections.
Next you are going to take the braids on the top of your head and you are going to wrap them around your head and pin them with bobby pins.
Then you are going to take the two braids on the bottom and wrap them around each other and pin them with bobby pins.
Then take both sets of braids on either side of your head and tie them into a know. Keep making knots until you get all the way to the end of your hair then pin it to your head with bobby pins (:

Now all you have to do is accessorize any way you want and you are done (:
Well guys that is it for this post!
What do you guys think of this hairstyle? Would you rock this for the holiday season? Let me know in the comments (:
Be safe and I will see you in my next post!
