DIY Tinted Moisturizer and BB Cream!

Hello beauty lovers! Today I am going to show you guys how to make your own BB Cream and Tinted Moisturizer for those days that you do not want to put on foundation (:

BB Creams and Tinted Moisturizers can be really expensive so I've been playing around and I have come up with a couple of recipes to make your own out of items you may already own (:

Lets get started!

DIY Tinted Moisturizer

What you need:

Your daily moisturizer

Your favorite foundation

All you need to do for this recipe is take a small amount, I usually go a quarter size dollop, of your daily moisturizer and your favorite foundation onto the back of your hand and mix them together. This will create a lighter base of your foundation. Which means that it will still give nice coverage and even out your skin tone but it will not be as heavy as using your foundation by itself. And it will not look cakey out in the sun (:

That's it for the Tinted Moiturizer simple huh? (:

Now moving on....

DIY BB Cream

What you need:

Your favorite primer

Your daily moisturizer

Your favorite foundation

Your favorite sunscreen

A container to put it in

BB Creams are a little different from Foundations and Tinted Moisturizer because in addition to evening out your skin tone they are also supposed to help reduce blemishes. So that is why we need more ingredients in this recipe and why we need to be a little more precise with out measurements.

Measurements:

1/3 foundation
1/3 moisturizer
1/6 primer
1/6 sunscreen

I use both of these on a regular basis and I love them both (: they have really saved me money in the long run and I hope they do for you as well

Okay guys that is it for this post!

Be safe and I will see you in my next post (:

Lets be friends!!

  4. Great idea. But do you really use the body cream on your face? I don't think that would be good for skin!

    1. I actually just started using it as a moisturizer for my face on accident because I haven't had the funds to go and get facial moisturizer and it actually has been working fine (: thankfully
